It's not the busyness of life but the weighted busyness that is the problem. Each thing comes with a weight, an anxiety or fear to it.
Following an Unhurried Savior
Psalm 62:1-8; Matthew 11:25-30 Busy is simply a matter of schedule. Hurried is a matter of soul. But Jesus OFTEN withdrew to lonely (solitary) places to pray. Love is never in a hurry.
