Ash Wednesday Service

Wednesday, March 1 at 7pm Needham Chapel, Vanguard University Since early days Christians have observed with great devotion the time of our Lord’s passion and resurrection and prepared for this by a season of penitence and fasting known as Lent. The Lenten Season begins with Ash Wednesday. By carefully keeping these days, Christians take to heart the call to repentance and the assurance of forgiveness proclaimed in the gospel, and so grow in faith and in devotion to our Lord. Ordination to the Diaconate

Sunday, February 26 at 9:45am Holy Trinity celebrates Alan Fadling’s ordination to the Diaconate. We invite you to join us in the celebration at a pre-service ordination. Alan and Gem Fadling have been a part of the Holy Trinity community for about 3 years. In the past Alan has been a mentor/trainer to Christian leaders. He is also the author of “The Unhurried Life” and out in a few months, “The Unhurried Leader.” Recently Gem and Alan founded a ministry called Unhurried Living, in which they work with Christian leaders around the world to rest deeper so they can live fuller and lead better. Holy Trinity: Adult Discipleship

Sunday, February 19, 9-9:45am Scott Building, Room 131 Todd and Beth ​conclude our discipleship class in Dallas Willard’s Renovation of the Heart​ this Sunday.​ We’ll finish up with closing comments on chapter 11. We’ll take a break from our discipleship series on February 26 and resume on March 5 as we begin the Lenten season traveling through James K.A. Smith’s book You Are What You Love.
